These terms apply to purchases and use of thefinese.com, the online clothing and nightwear store of The Finese. Please read them together with our Privacy, Shipping and Return / Refund policies. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that order. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or other protections under applicable Pakistani law.
Products and product information
Product pages describe the garment, available size options and price. Please check your selection before ordering and contact us if information is unclear. We aim to show the actual product accurately. Screen settings, photography and lighting can cause small colour differences; this does not excuse supplying an incorrect product or a material mismatch with its description. Product imagery does not include accessories unless the listing expressly states that they are supplied.
Prices, availability and errors
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees. The checkout shows the order subtotal, shipping and total payable. Stock and size availability can change. If an item is unavailable or an obvious price, description or calculation error affects your order, we will explain the issue and obtain your agreement to a correction, offer an alternative, or cancel the affected item and refund any money received. We will not silently substitute goods or increase a confirmed price.
Orders and customer details
An order acknowledgement confirms that your request has been received; fulfilment remains subject to verification, stock and delivery availability. Please supply accurate contact and delivery details and keep your order reference. We may contact you to confirm an order or address. Requests involving fraud, misuse or information that prevents fulfilment may be declined with an explanation where appropriate.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and is payable when the courier delivers the parcel. Only payment options actually shown at the live checkout are offered for that order. If electronic or card payments are offered in future, they will be handled by authorized payment providers or banks under their applicable processing terms. Displaying these terms does not mean a particular future gateway is currently active. Do not send card security codes, banking passwords or one-time codes to our staff.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Pakistan subject to courier coverage. Shipping is PKR 200 for an order subtotal of PKR 3,000 or less and free strictly above PKR 3,000. We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within approximately 24 hours; typical delivery to major cities is estimated at two to three working days after dispatch. These are estimates. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact us promptly to cancel before dispatch. Our seven-day return arrangement and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items are described in the Return / Refund Policy. Approved refunds are monetary refunds, not compulsory store credit. The published policy does not remove rights provided by applicable law.
Website use and intellectual property
You may browse the site and use it for lawful personal shopping. Do not misuse accounts, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with site security, introduce harmful software or reproduce content in a misleading way. Store branding, original text and other protected material may not be commercially reproduced without permission from the relevant rights holder. This does not restrict uses allowed by law.
Third-party services and reasonable limitations
Couriers, banks, payment services and communication platforms operate independently and may have their own terms. We remain responsible for addressing issues with the goods and services we provide. Temporary website outages and events outside our reasonable control can occur; we will take reasonable steps to assist affected customers. We do not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, nor limit mandatory remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.
Changes and applicable law
Updated terms will be posted with an effective date. Changes apply to subsequent use and orders and will not silently reduce commitments already made for an accepted order. These terms are governed by applicable Pakistani law. Please contact us first to resolve an enquiry or dispute; this does not prevent you from using a lawful complaint or consumer remedy.
