Information you provide
We receive the details needed to assist you and fulfil your order, such as your name, phone number, email where supplied, delivery address, selected products and sizes, order history, and messages about an order or return. If you create an account, we also keep the account details you submit. Reviews and photographs you choose to submit may contain information about you; please do not include private information in public reviews.
Payment information
Cash on Delivery payments are collected through the delivery service. When an online payment method is offered at checkout, authorized payment providers and banks process the payment under their own security and privacy arrangements. The Finese does not ask you to send full card numbers, CVV/security codes, passwords or one-time banking codes over WhatsApp or email. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes. We may retain transaction references, payment status and refund records needed to reconcile an order.
